Can One Teacher Make A Difference?
Energized and enthusiastic ASPIRE members will begin the semester by attending a campus screening of the movie Precious, on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at the Trabant Theater, at 7:30 p.m. The movie presents the troubling case of a young woman who is emotionally and sexually abused. On Thursday evening February 18, at 6:00 p.m. in Gore 208, ASPIRE members will discuss the film during their Welcome Back session, focusing on the importance of preparing to work effectively with families.
